It’s always been a dream of mine to visit countries I’ve never been to and it’s a blessing to have Japan added to my checklist. After weeks of waiting for our visa and sleepless nights due to excitement, finally!!
You’ve probably read my very first travel diary up in this blog for the past few weeks and I must say the experience (how one should stay on the left side of the escalators or stairs, lovely weather, how they show respect by bowing and greeting you, authentic ramen, the scramble at Shibuya) and seeing those things (high-tech toilets, bullet trains, vending machines everywhere, Hachiko’s statue outside Shibuya’s station, kimonos, cherry blossoms and Mt. Fuji) and the places (Universal Studios Japan, Tokyo Skytree, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Gotemba) I’ve been to during our stay (and I know there’s so much to see in this beautiful country) still feels surreal but definitely amazing!
This trip taught me a lot and it made me have fun with my family for the first time after a very long time. It made me realize that you can find love with the places too.
Travel not to find yourself but to remember who you’ve been all along.
Bowing down to you Japan!!!! Arigato Gozaimasu! ❤
